 Our work ranges from private clubs, resorts and real estate development courses, as well as daily fee and municipal courses. Based on initial site visits, and mutually developed program requirements, we produce detailed plans, specifications and bid documents. Unlike some designers, we are directly involved in every aspect of the design process. We provide very detailed and specific construction documents which eases and shortens the construction process and limits the number of costly field changes. During construction, Mr. Cate makes regular site visits to oversee work in progress and will even stay on site for weeks at a time to resolve situations as they relate to construction conditions, scheduling and budget control. By choice, our firm is small. We accept only the number of design commissions that will allow us to play an active, personal role during construction, a strong benefit for both the project manager and the golf course contractor.
